Meet The Youngest Commissioner General/ Comptroller General From 2017-2024 Of The Ghana Immigration Service Termed As Undercover Personnel Dr Ing Edna Marbell (Mrs Salifu) Was Chosen As A Boss Of The Ghana Immigration Service In The Year 2017 When Her Elevation Came Into Being As The Immigration Head In charge Of The Whole Of Ghana Immigration Service As The Commissioner General And Head Of Affairs (CGI 1), Thereafter Becoming A Comptroller General Undercover . 

Upon Her Humble Beginnings She Was Asked To Stay Undercover Of Which She Humorously Agreed Even Though She Was The One In charge Of The Whole Of Ghana Immigration Service As Boss, Every Major Or Critial Decision Couldn't Have Been Taken Without Her Approval.

 In This Context She Mingled With Both Junior And Senior Officers Without Making Them Aware She Was Their Overall Boss, Funny Enough Some Thought She Was Amongst The Junior Officers Which Was A Fallacy, She Was Actually The Real Boss And Placed Representatives To Represent Her Facially At The GIS Head Quarters This Is Because Even Though She Had Completed The University Of Cape-Coast And Furthered Her Eduction At Other Tertiary Institutions She Had No Option Since Her Letter Of Intent Was Not Yet Granted Even Though She Had Served For Years In The Service Hence Took The Risk To Continue Further Studies Before Her Elevation She Was Already Out Of The University.

 As A Result Of Her Position As The Then Commisioner General Cum Comptroller General ( CGI 1 Of Ghana Immigration Service ) She Had Very Busy Schedules And Randomly Goes To Work At Emergency Even If Not Assigned To Do So Should There Be An Instant Were A Particular Officer To Be Detailed Is Not Available Due To The Officers ill Health Conditions or their non-availability. 

Making to take up the place of such officer of which resulted in her loosing certain personal life opportunities. By This She Never Gave Up she Explained To Her Husband In 2017 Of Her Position hence shouldn't be bothered when she stays overnight at work for duties of which he understood and got along with her terms. she vehemently reciprocated visits Of Which He Understood her overly busy schedules as the Commissioner General Cum Controller General Undercover For (GIS). She Made Sure To Have Executed All Her Duties Well Aside Infrastructural Developmental Works Being Fully Met For GIS. 

She Also Did Her Best They Showed Up with her Representatives Lawyer (CGI 2) G Kwame Asuah Tekyi (Esq) DCGI Isaac Owusu Mensah (Phd) At Programmes Of GIS Office Personnels Irrespective Of The Location When Necessary. She Made Sure She And Her Team Worked Assiduously Where's They All Exhibited Professionalism In The Discourse Of Their Duties Until She Completed Her Work As The Ghana Immigration Comptroller General. 

God Brought Her Into The Lime Light To Head The GIS By Giving Her Great Knowledge To Enable Her Discharge Her Duties Wisely Without Hesitations. She Finds Inspiration In The Gospel Word Ministrations Messages Of GOD And Puts GOD First In All Her Endeavours. Inspirational Sayings ; " Rise Up Early Find Oil, Don't Give Up Yr Miracle Is On The Way, " She Gave Her Full Support In Serving Mother Ghana Very Well Hence Deserves To Be Duly Recognized By The Ghana Immigration Service As Comptroller General 2017-2024 Even Though Undercover Personnel due to certain reasons beyond her.

 In view Of This She Still Holds The GIS In High Esteem Since As Part That Was A Stepping Stone Into Her Greatness To Her Elevation As Commissioner Cum Controller General (CGI) Of The Ghana Immigration Service. 

She Mingled With Senior Authorities Such As CGI Mr Samuel Basintale Amadu, Director Of Finance And Administration Madam Evelyn Lotsu Assistant Comptroller Of Immigration Mr Theophiles Laryea, For Assistant Director Of Immigration Mr Michael Agblenya , Major rtd Vandyke Osei Owusu Former, Mic) Charles Bediako, Madam Prudence Sosu, Deputy .Suprintendent Ms Babara Sam, Ms Assistant Comptroller Evelyn Danquah, Assistant Comptroller Mr David Ansah, Mr Nicholas Allasani An Assistant Comptroller were her secret admirers mentors and other close Ally's amongst her secret body Guards.
